The project is located in Gongshu District, Hangzhou, with Chongchao Road and National Highway 320 to the east, Kangyuan Road to the west, Lianhua Railway to the south, and Jiaobei Road and Ducheng Road to the north. The total construction area on the ground is 14,9246.8 square meters. Through the contrast of humble and restrained and cyberpunk lighting design, the historical and modern sense of the building can be perfectly interpreted.
