本项目位于西虹桥商务区拓展区，比邻国家会展中心。本项目分为四个地块，相互之间被市政道路及市政绿地隔开，其具体四至范围：东至诸光路，西至东向阳河，南至徐民东路，北至蟠中东路。项目地上总建筑面积259,674m² 计容部分；地下建筑面积4103852,000m²（不计入容积率），其中地下商业面积127,000 m²及地下车库面积283043 m²。

The project is located in the expansion area of the West Hongqiao Business District, adjacent to the National Convention and Exhibition Center. The project is divided into four plots, separated from each other by municipal roads and municipal green spaces. The specific four areas are: Zhuguang Road in the east, Xiangyang River in the west, Xumindong Road in the south, and Panzhongdong Road in the north. The total above-ground construction area of the project is 259,674m2, including the capacity part; the underground construction area is 4103852,000m2 (excluding floor area ratio), of which the underground commercial area is 127,000 m2 and the underground garage area is 283,043 m2.
