苏州纳米城位于江苏省苏州工业园区金鸡湖大道南、星华街以东、独墅湖大道以北、桑田岛纵一路以西。占地面积约70公顷，总建筑面积为1160000（地面以上）平方米。其中外围地块主要以生产研发中试用房为主，核心区主要以配套、会展、总部办公楼、商业功能为主。核心区两个地块建筑高度在100米左右，大量景观绿化结合穿插其中。
