 第六届地产设计大奖·中国 

China Real Estate & Design Award (CREDAWARD) was initiated by DJSER in 2014, as the first international design award of the Chinese real estate industry. The award invites the influential academic representatives and chief architects from top-rated developers as the Judging Panel. The award adheres to the evaluation standards of architectural aesthetics, environment protection, user experience and economic benefits, spread and commend cutting-edge design concepts for outstanding projects. It aims to lead the future urban development, and promote sustainable social development!

历年奖项组委会共邀请到14个国家和地区的全球知名设计机构、中国地区品牌开发商积极参与，共收到4,276份优秀作品，产生85个金奖项目。作为中国地区富有盛名的国际性设计奖项，因其严谨的评选流程、公开的评选模式、严苛的获奖机制，被行业誉为“最难获得的大奖”之一。

Over the years, CREDAWARD has attracted world-renowned design firms and developers from 14 countries and regions with 4,276 outstanding projects to participate in the award. There are total 85 Gold Award Winners. CREDAWARD has developed into an influential international award in China because of the authoritative judges, strict judging process. It is also praised by the industry as one of the most challenging awards.

第六届CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国，收到457家机构申报的1616份作品。参赛公司及作品分别来自：中国、中国香港、中国台湾、日本、美国、英国、澳大利亚、泰国、新加坡、德国、法国、荷兰、加拿大、墨西哥、哈萨克斯坦等。

The 6th CREDAWARD held by DJSER has received 1,616 works from 457 companies. Participating companies and works are from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Thailand, Singapore, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Canada, Mexico, Kazakhstan, etc.

2020年，因疫情而姗姗来迟的金银奖逐鹿演讲，以安全第一为原则改为线上。8月28-29日，为期2天激烈年度金银奖逐鹿赛上，最终产生442个优秀奖项目。其中，居住项目、公建项目、景观设计、室内设计分别产生10金10银；规划设计1金、照明设计1金1银。

This year, the Gold and Silver Award Competition Presentation delayed due to COVID-19 had changed to online conference on August 28-29 based on the principle of safety first. After two-day fierce annual competition, there will be 442 Merit Award Winners. Among them, residential projects, public building, landscape design, and interior design will have 10 gold and 10 silver award winners; lighting design 1 gold and 1 silver.

上海通用凯迪拉克 泛亚金桥园区

园区总用地面积为127690平方米，建设内容包括（但不限于）新建工程中心大楼、前瞻设计与造型中心、餐厅、信息楼、工程开发楼、样车库、比例模型风洞、凯迪拉克体验中心、门卫、景观桥及园区室外总体。上汽通用PATAC泛亚金桥和凯迪拉克品牌中心已获得LEED金级和铂金认证。凯迪拉克（Cadillac）精密图案照明优雅地展现了品牌徽标图像和标志性品牌色彩，同时暗藏的洗墙灯在水下呈现出浮动的现代建筑风格，PATAC泛亚工程技术中心建筑，线性灯与立面幕墙集成在一起，嵌入安装在 办公窗户的两边，使建筑幕墙穿着“隐形外套”。DMX512控制系统提供了动态效果的灵活性，允许两个建筑物展示上汽通用汽车的最新汽车和事件。整个园区照明设计遵循品牌现代，绿色和创新的原则。

SAIC-GM PATAC have been certified as LEED gold & platinumn. Cadillac percision pattern lighting elegantly showing brand logo image and signature brand color, meanwhile wall wash lights are hiddenly installed underwater to present a FLOATING modern Cadillac architecture, behind is PATAC building, the linear bar is integrated with facade curtain wall, installed on two sides of office window, make architecture curtain wall wearing an “invisible coat”. DMX512 control system provides the flexibility of dynamic effects, allowing  two buildings to display the recently updated SAIC-GM products and events. The entire SAIC-GM  PATAC campus lighting concept follows SAIC-GM contemporary,  green and creative principles.
