Forest Young, a famous artist in China, is famous for his performance art works "We don't waste food, we only waste gold" and "Rice Baby". On World Food Day in 2021, he used 500 grams of gold to make 1000 grains of pure gold rice, and then threw it into the Huangpu River and other places to satirize the waste of food. In 2023, his performance art "The Life of a Rice Baby" created a rice baby in the image of his own child, and called on the public to cherish food through the short life of the rice baby. Exhibition artists in 2024 will reproduce these classic works, and at the same time launch a new work "Food War", which will inspire more people to think about food security through bread and potatoes under guns.

Seven points in time, written by British artist Matt Benjamin Anderson, explores the relationship between human beings and time, as well as the relationship between us and objects through the dial drawing of seven vintage watches. Matt pointed out that 9% of the world's population still faces serious food shortage and social problems caused by it. To solve this problem, we need to change the behavior of the whole chain, and to do this, we need to raise awareness. Through his artistic creation, he emphasized the role of art in bridging the gap between different worlds, especially on the uneven distribution of resources and privileges.

Will Pang, an assistant professor at Duke University's New Media Laboratory, created a future world that combines reality and dreams through surrealism. His digital creation weaves a complex and closely related story network with fragmented narrative. Through such fantastic scenes as turning rice into pearls for storing and releasing water and designing utensils that can harvest food and cook instantly, it shows the harmony between science and technology and nature, as well as the close relationship between food and nature. Pang Nan's art encourages the audience to think about a more imaginative and sustainable global food system.
